Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed specifically for mums, creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming space to move your body after having your baby. Babies are welcome from as young as 6 weeks, and the class is completely breastfeeding-friendly, with the flexibility for bubs to join in, rest in prams or carriers, or simply do their own thing. Led by a certified fitness instructor and supported by our directors, who bring many years of childcare experience, classes focus on moving safely, building strength, rediscovering joy, and regaining confidence and self-esteem. All levels are welcome, with no pressure to keep up and no dance experience needed — just come as you are. Babies are free to cry, feed, sleep, and engage, while mums connect with their little ones and build genuine, friendly connections with others, all with the ease of flexible enrolment and no lock-in contracts.
